The mission of Quality Catering for Kids is to provide nutritious, catered hot lunches while keeping the health and well being of children as the No. 1 goal.
We believe the unique combination of quality food choices and nutritional education will encourage children to make healthy choices now and throughout their lives.
With our on-staff registered dietetic technician, we are able to provide a well balanced meal that children really enjoy. Quality Catering for Kids is one of the first meal providers to "educate while you eat" and has gained the reputation as the leader among hot lunch providers for child care centers and private schools in northern Illinois and southeastern Wisconsin.
The business of catering for child care centers and private schools is a two-part challenge. The initial challenge is to start by determining the most nutritional children's lunch menus that Quality Catering can provide. We rely on highly trained nutritionists to provide us with the sound nutritional research required to feed your children hot, healthy lunches. In addition, with more than 30 years of experience and a safe work environment for food preparation, we ensure that top-quality nutritious food is purchased, prepared and eaten. Our safety and quality standards are set very high, with a USDA certification and over 87% food consumption rate.
Education is another avenue Quality Catering for Kids takes to make sure children understand what they are eating and why. Having created the highly successful Nutrition Lesson Plan program, Quality Catering for Kids has provided our early childhood educators and child development centers additional tools to help them in the quest for better nutrition for our children.
